I read in lots of respected places that you should start with .25mg EOD of armidex to start with and adjust if necessary. that's what I'm using anyway. How long was your first cycle? also how much gains did you kept?

I wouldn't jump that fast into cycle, espcially if your goals are achieveable naturally. Adjust your nutrition, add calories, stay consistent for more then a few months. and for god sake don't ever take something without resarching it like crazy. its your body were talking about.. you probably...

why did you keep this cycle going? thats just crazy. you should have started the PCT after 12 weeks "on" like all of the "experts" suggest. espicially if thats your first cycle. thats sounds like your body gonna suffer for your actions.
