I have long thought that it is reasonable for a first cycle to be 500 mgs. of test cypionate or enanthate per week rather than a much lower dose, and I believe this study supports that. There certainly is a lot more potential gain to be had by using 600 mgs. in a cycle instead of 300 gms...
