i was on accutane, i was taking 40mg. It all depends on how severe your accutane is, if the doctor prescribed you 80mg. Then you are likely to have a severe accutane but you won't be having a long course. You can check my diary for some more help. youtube.com/watch?v=30QGVpEHvz0
