Gyno symptoms are back now. Left nipple is tender/sore and feels like a chest pain at times. Where is all this excess estrogen coming from 10 weeks + later? I have some arimidex and nolva - should I start taking nolva or both?

I haven't ruled this out completely, when I tense my stomach my abs are reasonably visable then if I completely relax I look partially pregnant - surely this is bloat? Plus my diet was totally clean 5-6 days a week with maybe one day off. I was eating 500-700 cals over my daily intake however...

Will the estrogen eventually pass out my system in its own time? its just ot seems to be taking forever (that's 10 weeks or so since my last pin) May I have to consult a doctor if their is still bloating in another. 4 weeks? Is their anything I could take if its not going away?

Update : 4 weeks out from PCT and I've lost 4KG but I'm still very bloated, cut backon calories and carbs which probably explains the weight loss but still bloated? Not experiening any symptoms of gyno any more so I'm guessing my estrogen levels have dropped a little at least! Any advice how...

Running Arimidex now (0.5 eod) and my left nipple has started getting sore/sensitive - I'm trying to get my head around what's going on inside my body - I knowits estrogen related? How should I deal with the gyno symptoms? Up the arimidex dosage?? Any help/advice would be greatly appreciated!!

Managed to get an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) (Arimidex) I'm 3 weeks into post cycle therapy (pct) OF Clomid/Nolva - should I take the Arimidex asap or when post cycle therapy (pct) finishes? Also how much should I take and how often?
