Lost All but 4 lbs. bf down 2 per. I may start mixing in some dirty foods to get more cals in until the appetite comes back.

Have bloodwork scheduled for tomorrow. Testing Testosterone-serum, estraidol, LDL, Hdl, and thyroid panel.

Barely can get 1500 cals a day now. Appetite shot, my mood has improved so hopefully appetite will follow.
