Hello I just read the post you had a few years ago about gynecomastia. I have been suffering from it for years and not through the use of steroids. It is enlarged nipples and fatty deposits underneath my nipples. I have greatly increased my cardiovascular fitness, amount of muscle mass, and improved my diet. None of it seems to reduce the fat around my chest at all. What would be treatment and actions I should pursue for this case? Would clenbuterol be effective in combating it? I appreciate any help you can provide.
