As far as I know, a regimen of fin, minox, and nizoral shampoo is used among many people as a great way to stop and/or regrow hair. It's called the "big 3" for a reason. As far as an AAS user, with heightened test levels, I'd assume they would work the same way, but maybe not as effective...
