UG lab gear i bet...as above its a high BA thats causing the pain. Cut the shot with sterile cottonseed oil and pin two sites with half in each.End of problem methinks!

Cut the shot with sterile oil(cottonseed for example)..you need maybe 2 units gear and one unit oil..it should take the sting out of the injection completely.

If you're left handed do your right delt etc.. you can do glutes using two hands as well..its tricky but it can be done!

I'm into week 6 of 500mls per week test only and tbh i havnt noticed much at all..my strength is up quite a bit but no weight gain or muscle size to speak of..i still have 6 weeks left..should i bump up the dosage?

Its just a reaction to the gear..an infection is a very different kettle of fish..you're whole arm would swell up and you'd be running a temperature and feeling like shit the whole time. DONT massage the injection site if you think you're allergic to the gear..all you're doing is pushingthe...

I always get that from delt shots..it feels like teh gear is spreading out towards teh bottom and the delt is swelling. I reckon you're allergic to the alcohol in the gear and its a histemic reaction..try taking a benedryl or other antihistamine after the shot and gain a few days...
