    Not drawing properly. 10ml still 10ml

    Bought 10ml of Test E. When I draw it looks like I've got 1ml in the syringe, but the oil in the vial is on the same level. So confused. Can anyone help me out. I follow the correct drawing methods, but don't understand why theres still 10ml in the vial
