b fold : a good exercise i found to do after deadlift holds in power rack for grip is to take a dumbell and hold it hammered but rather than curl it , you just stay stiff armed in mid curl position , and you just twist rotating in 1/2 circles from one side to the next .

what happened man ? this guy to TO LARGE and LONG of a cycle ? and was it his 1st cycle that he went so over board on ?
he should have just used a little test and anti-e's after cycle .
once i went to a high intensity push/pull 3 day a week program my arms finally grew again . each day focus on 2 big exercises(compound) , more or less focussed primarily on the big 3 lifts (squat , bench , deadlifts)and each training day give that big 1st lift your most on heavy low reps around...
this is good but i would get much work done . i use to lift at bally's on 6 corners in chicago when i lived near there . i would be using the calf machine or ab crunch towards end of workout and right next to me in my face (oh man i can still remember how hot she was) would be a hot babe doing...
