Thanks for the input... I've read about running the Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) during the cycle it really seems like a good idea, next time I will add that in. So do you think I should take the 500iu/day for the ten days after my last shot then wait four to start Clomid? Also is 14 days...

No I'm not fat but definitely want to cut up some more but also put on some lean mass. The reason for taking 250mg a week is I want to see how my body reacts with that amount of test. Read a few posts where guys had some good gains off that.

Yes I know these guys well... A few guys in my fire hall put on a good 8-10 Pds and got absolutely shredded. There were taking the cycle I suggested at the top. The more I read the more I'm thinking I should run a test as well.
