Starting a cycle with decca

Yo.. ok I just bought a 12 week cycle of Decca and my friends that are on it tell me to take 2 shots a week for 6 weeks. I just want to verify if that is a good start. I am trying to bulk and i wiegh about 140. Any feedback is appreciated ... Thanx
