    Ok so I'm off by 300 calories, I cut my carbs back this week to see if it would help with the bloat and would explain the difference. What would you recommend I change?

    I'm cycling at 167 because I've been training for almost 4yrs and feel like I've been stuck in the 160's for a long time. I appreciate the response I will get some liquidex to see if that helps.
