I rotate my glutes every third day... no problem so far and the last time I hit my quad it hurt like hell... and my glutes never hurt... maybe a little sore but only for first day or so..... and from what I understan the bigger the muscle...the better the gas stays in you...
yeah I'm sort of a newbie to the gear... I've got a buddy that competed as a strong man for a while and I kind of feed off of him most of the time but I thought I should get some outsider information on the best possible combos and mg's... I've found that i do pretty well with 1.5 cc's every...
Sorry.... I'm 29 5'8" on im usually around 195 lbs... off i maintain 170 lbs... I'd like to put another 10 lbs of quality on.... I've cycled on and off again for 2-3 years now... mostly test with anadrol and usually winnie at the end and some clomid and hcg post... just trying to get bigger...
So, Im starting a heavy building cycle... I'm going to take anadrol, sustaplex, and trenaplex. Anyone got any tried this combo before and should I kick start with anadrol or wait mid cylce before taking?
