Alot of ppl confuse bf for gyno. Take ur thumb and pointer finger and squish the area u think has become inflamed w gyno. U should significant tissue development in said area. It feels a stress ball kinda. U can move it around to a small degree.
Totally agree. This isn't your first cycle its your 5th. Your response to that dosage will not be the same. I would abosolutely kick it up to 750mg/wk and run it 1-12 to 1-16 weeks. Also, I'm not a huge fan of decca. I would go Eq if you have if available.
I'm n total agreement everything said above. But I've always been a big fan of prop/fina w clen cycle. But diet is key. Especially the 7 days before a show.
So you know what to do... run ur test e a minimum of ten weeks and if you have the gear I'd run it 12 always a good number when dealing with a long acting ester
I agree w The-Det it sounds like it isn't solved well. I mainly always ran prop and never had that kinda pain consistently. Every now and u will have a bad shot or some site pain that's part of game. But if its a consistent throbbing w swelling and redness then its ur gear.
I'm looking to do a prop / fina stack. Run it 75 fina / 100 prop ed for 12 weeks. Just have a few more things to put together. Ill start in about 3 weeks. Ill do a weekly diary
Weighted dips is where its at my man. At one point I was up to 4 plates reppin that shit. Throw in some good shaping exercises afterward and ur arms will blow the hell up.
Gains kept post cycle are dependent on many factors diet, training, propper pct, genetics..... its hard to say u will keep this % of your gains. Just keep your intensity high, up calorie intake some and u will be fine. Remember u have more than u started with.
Stick with ur current compound. Being as its a long ester its just now getting into ur system good. Plus from what I've read in this blog u don't like sticking ur self much. Then u sure as hell don't want to mess w prop. That's an ED stick to maximise the the short half life. Plus u said ur...
