hey doc, my message was concerning the use of only nolva 20mg ED when using test c at a dose of 300-500 per week. this will be my first cycle and just wanted to clarify this. I don't want to use AI if at all possible so I found your previous suggestions helpful. I'm a 31yoM, 178lbs, 17% bf, 5'9". work out 5-6 days a week. goal- to gain lean muscle but not get bulky, more like a cut/well-defined look. I have deca on hand but was told to wait till another cycle to use it.
