    No, I ran sustanon with the tren. I am no longer on the tren and running a dose of 250mg/wk before I start the peak cycle for the meet. I am hoping that running the hcg from now til 3/28 will help in recovery. Coming off is going to be difficult, but I am committed to this meet in March...

    Bloods are the only way to tell how you are reacting to a drug. Maybe if you had 20 years of running gear under your belt you could make changes off of feeling. But theres a good chance that isn't the case for you (or any of us) because you are asking questions on a board.

    If you wanna hit legs twice a week, I would do your squat on one day and pick another main exercise for the other day. and 1-2 other movements after that and call it a day. Maybe do some rest-pause type stuff for the exercises after the main to bring in some intensity.

    Baggy clothes (I never was really into tighter fitting stuff anyways). But also talking about diet and time spent prepping food weekly gives someone an insight as to why we are gaining size. Where its hard to hide is in the gym training. You can only bullshit a 50lb PR so many times!

    Training experience? I believe that almost anybody over 5'7" should be able to eat their way to 200lbs before they even think about getting on the shit. Eat 1lb of ground beef and a box of pasta a day until this time next year and see where you're at.
