    true. Water intoxication is a very serious thing. its due to electrolyte imbalances in the body created by drinking excessive amounts of water. Google it and read. For most people it would never happen, then again most people would never consume 8-10 litres of water in a day...

    isolate is more pure protein and less lactose. costs a bit more though. its up to you if you think its worth the extra buck.

    well the milk sugar are not good at raising insulin levels. that it did not turn into fat is something i have never heard though. If you are not lactose intolerant and dont mind the extra calories then go for it...

    make your own weghtgainer with pure protein and add dextrose... will save you a bunch. there is a big chance that you are not eating enough. try posting up what you actually eat and counting the calories.. you might be surprised....

    except that there is no such thing as spotburning so doing ab excercises does very little to burn the fat at the belly. good for training the ab muscles though.

    maybe trying to add more meals would be good. since you probably have a hight metabolim it might be very hard for you to eat enough in 3 meals. try weighing and measuring what you eat and post it so we can see how much you eat.

    some ricedish perhaps. dark bread. you dont have to be perfect all day everyday. If you are strict most of the time its ok to go off the path at times.

    well fruit contains fruitsugar so thats why. its maybe a little better for you then normal tablesugar but like gator said its gonna be bad for cutting.

    carbs certainly help. remember that insulin is very anabolic hormone.
