    I've been doing sprints and running drills along with balancing my diet and its going good. I've dropped around 8 lbs. Sometime next week I'll get around to running a clen cycle to speed up my ********* rate and get headed where I need to be. Thanks for the support.

    Thanks and I agree. I hate cardio but know it's mandatory to cut some bf and lower my bp. Had a pretty serious back injury and was bed ridden for almost 2 years. Did therapy for atrophy and now im back in action. Thanks again for thesupport.

    Been dealing with some demons for a while now and let them drag me down. I quit lifting and turned into a stranger when I looked in the mirror. But fuck all that pity shit, I'm ready to move mountains again to get back the life I worked hard for. So glad I found this forum to help keep me...
