Unless this test-prop is "special dosed" for Ronnie Coleman, the person that brewed it is a moron. If u want stable blood levels and the best results u should be pinning ED (some maybe argue), and if u were shooting on a 1ml basis, that would result in 2100mg of test per week with this shit!!
You will find out if its bunked by the end of the first week. If you aren't feeling an increase in libido, good pumps in the gym, you know its bunk. As for 300mg/ml that shit might really hurt just like oak said. Take a pic of it and post it, maybe we can give you some input on it.

Run the tren-e for at least 8-10 weeks, enanthate esters don't even kick in till week 3-6 depending on the user...

Workout Routine consist of 5days EW
Day 1 Chest / Tri's 15 sets each -- 30min cardio
Day 2 Back / Bi's 15 sets each -- 30min cardio
Day 3 Shoulders / Delts 15 sets each-- 30min cardio
Day 4 Legs -- 20 sets
Day 5 Tri's / Delts / Shoulder / Bi's 12 sets each -- 30min cardio
As for proposed diet...
Im trying to run a cutting diet but not to the point where i lose drastic weight i only want about 20lbs off in 16weeks, while gaining muscle throughout. Yeah i think i should up the carbs, what would u recommend?
My BMR is about 2000-2100 and TDEE is 3100.. As for the macros i made this diet a long ass time ago and remembered it from the top of my head, i think it was like 2200cal/275protein/50fat /100carbs (not sure about macros)
Here is my diet as of right now, I'm looking to lose maybe 15-25lbs of fat during my 16 week cycle while gaining as much muscle as possible. My cycle will contain masteron / tren / test.
