just want to do the one cycle and stop but im sure im not the first person to say that and then do heaps more after
Ive been training for about a year now so im not sure if i should wait another year or not also im only 20 and ive heard that you shouldn't go on anything till your at least 24 is that true ?
also if someone could give me a link to somewhere that i can get a good diet that would be awesome.
