    just another update. Still chugging along :) weighed in at 253lbs yesterday. starting to tell some difference's in muscle definition. good think about being fat is I think it kept all my old muscle by having to lug around all the extra weight, hahahaha!! Starting to really hit my diet too...

    To me there are noticeable differences, but it would have been better if you could have taken the same poses as the pre cycle pictures, so it would be easier to compare before and after. Did you get your blood work back yet?
