Thank you guys I can't express that enough I'm glad I posted this I will be sure to get some joint support and preload a little bit before and continue taking it throughout the whole entire cycle.
Will do thanks for the tips I'll keep my original 5 day split for 3-5 weeks then may dabble after a few weeks when the test e starts adding mass. because I also need to feel out and see how many calories I need to be taking in.
I know it is within that range. I am checking it every Tursday and Friday in the morning when I wake up on an empty stomach. Right now I'm at 20% and I'm hoping in the next four weeks I can drop 8 pounds at least getting me to 17% or 18%
