Breakfast- 6 eggs, yogurt. Pint of milk.
Mid morning snack- 1/2 lb red meat
Lunch- chicken or red meat, large portion. Bananna, whey protein.
Afternoon snack- same as morning.
Dinner-1/2 lb+ red meat, all the fixins, 3 sweet potatoes!!
