I haven't used EAA yet, but tudca has been a staple on my cycles for at least a couple years now. I use the Joint Support on some dry cycles (masteron, var, winny) and it really helps with my knees, they get BAD on cycles. Even sometimes when using aromasin they get so bad I can't even squat...
I'm not sure but I would think you would want to fast. Growth hormone release is blunted by insulin, so if you ingest carbs, your insulin spikes and GH won't release. Makes sense, but like I said I am just speculating here.
My own personal experience with clen:
Had to leave work because I ended up with a nasty migraine that wouldn't subside. Long half life and blood pressure spikes, didn't like it.
I prefer Bronkaid.
No I was trying to say maybe your test was low to begin with and the osta didn't drop it much. You got your tests back, saw it was low, and your PCT supplements actually raised it to higher than it was before you were even on osta.
Yes I can: take an AI.
If you're not familiar with that terminology do some reading in the stickies here and some Google searching.
Aromasin is my go-to.
Exogenous testosterone is going to suppress you. On TRT, you are suppressed. Unless you're running like... 25mg/week you're going to be shut down pretty much.
If you're worried about it, run test and var together for 8 weeks and then get the F off the gear. The sooner you're off the better...
DAMN, someone always beats me to this!
OP, having your PCT planned out in advance is just as important as your cycle.
What happens if your source falls through and you're out of luck and have no pct goods? What happens if you get nasty sides on cycle and need to stop early?
Also, are you...
I was going to say what JP already said. It's hard to say if osta really hurt you that bad or get any idea of your baseline without a test before hand.
