i've read some articles stating the same thing, and claimed that they were studies done, but the author of that same piece failed to cite those studies in the article. i'd like to see those studies if they do exist
i find it cheaper and just as effective as those expensive steal all your money stacks. you take your ephedrine, have a cup of java, pop an aspirin if you choose and your done. its not rocket science
i really liked using plates but outgrew those, so i'm back to using db's. personally i like going palms down when performing laterals with the db bar facing my quads.
i'd love to have my own home gym but cant afford it, so going to a gym is the next best thing. but theres so many upsides of training at home like indo mentioned
