ok so i bought some Arimidex to take with my cycle, after it arrived it turns out i had got the 1mg caps instead of the tablets. am i able to take 1mg once every 4 days, instead of the reccomended 0.25mg ed? or have i just wasted a lot of money :S. Considering how small these caps are, i cant...
