welll my goal is in the 280-290 range... i know thats alot but thats what the guy who is helpin me weighs and he looks pretty damn good. plus i want to do a body building show next year and to fill out my tall frame i almost have to get that heavy to make me look filled out

Alright so its been almost 6 weeks. Two weeks ago i switched to sust 250 and am taking 1.5 ml twice a week. so 750cc a week. I now weigh 230 and strength has went up roughly about 25 lbs on all lifts. i have gained a solid inch on both arms. nips are slightly tender but not terrible. no bad side...
last week i started my first true test cycle. im starting off with ten weeks and seein how it works out for me. im 6'2 and 215 at 13% body fat. eating between 4000-5000 cal a day and bout 300 grams of protein. and i eat pretty clean, chicken fish turkey rice ect. ive worked out for 2 and a half...
