breakfast: 3 eggs hash browns and whole wheat toast
or a protien shake if im on the run
lunch: tuna sandwhich or chicken sandwhich
mid day: 1/4 cup almonds
dinner: steak, black beans, brown rice
before bed: pbj and milk on whole what bread
and i drink about 4 water bottles a day
I understand that I should not do it at my age but I'm at a point where I need this extra edge ... from what I've read 20- 30 mg of anavar a day isn't gonna kill me... I just wanted help from people who are experienced people... I'm going to do it anyway sorry guys... if you could answer these...
