Oh I have found everything, including Human Chorionic Gonadotropin (HCG) - Not taking Adex anymore, taking Aromasin. I plan on buying it all either tomorrow or friday.
Ok, So I've decided and realized that I will have some Test-E left after a 12 week cycle.. So I was thinking about running Test E @ 500 for 14 weeks. This sound good? and then run post cycle therapy (pct) and etc after.
I've been wondering, I was going to be shooting for about +2000 Calories surplus per week (that's a bit over half a pound a week), but then I started to debate with myself that since on Test-E, it would be far better to shoot for a much higher surplus such as +3500 a week (1 lb a week) or even...
Thanks for all the advice guys, But yeah -- As Cls had said, I will be running Aromatase inhibitor (AI) during cycle - no question about it. Also, I probably will not be var'ing, but will probably save clen for after cycle.
I've mentioned this before, I wouldn't diet based on %s but more so on actual whole #s. Once you start tapering down with % versions of your macros, you'll get some ridiculous %'s such as 35.6767% carbs. %'s makes it easier to begin with, but I highly recommend whole #s. But I would do 1g of...
I've started EC again but with a deficit of only 10% below my maintenance, I can see the difference and it's happening at a much slower pace, but it's better than before where I was at like a 700 deficit with ec. Retaining strength as well as increasing it.
Figure out your maintenance (how many calories you burn on average everyday), then figure out your macros. Meet those macros depending on whether you want to lose weight (eat less than maintenance) or gain weight (Eat more than maintenance). If you eat more, it doesn't matter if its all...
You can eat anything you want, as long as it fits your macros and you've gotten your micros from foods. You can eat 1 big meal whenever you want, if that's what you prefer, or 20 small meals.
In my opinion don't go by %s, it's easier to track for the first time, but when you start tapering down or up more it throws off the other %'s. Brb 30g of less carbs, now the % is like 35.7485%
