    please help injected into deltoid and chest and arm are very sore!!

    I have had a few rough runs with my delts, I am not putting nearly as much in my little delts (10-15mg of whinny ED) but if you don't hit the muscle on point, its effin painful.... I was sore for a week the last time I didn't get it quite right... Painful as hell to move my damn arm... Grrrr....

    Legit anavar or no?

    I have used PHP's anavar multiple times and I have had great results. These are te real deal... I just started running his Halovar... Excited to see how that goes... First day at the gym was an official success. :) His T/A can be a little long, but DEF worth the wait!
