I've been training since I was 21 joined the Marines retired when I was 30. Been around the world more than the average person. Made a lot of sacrifice's, made a lot of friends/enemies. Competed in several BB comps, tore/ruptured my right tricep tendon off the bone 6 years ago 11 months before a show. Now 6 years later after 4 different surgeries and having my ulnar nerve rerouted, I'm getting my strength back, even though I can't extend my right arm completely out. Some exercises I can't do but I find a way to hit it hard. I got my nickname from my brothers in arms. SEMPER FI! If you want to know anything else just ask. But beware the answer you get might not be what you want to hear!
Training, shooting my .50 cal. If you ever get the chance send one down. Be careful it's addictive
