I did find this interesting.......RUI ships from the same destination as did Southern Research??..... hard to believe that two competitors are in the same town selling same products

Disappearing Sites I noticed that NOW Southern Research's web site is no longer working.. and Great White is the same??

AVS Error I have had this same issue.. today!.. I contacted my financial card company.. they said the charges went through ( thus as they said. NO errors on their end) but the company instantly reversed them??..........I verified address as accurate with card company to the address exactly as...

Everytime I try to use the RUI website.. it states AVS error with mismatched address input to that on credit card... The credit card company shows charges were ok'd by them.. then instantly removed?....they insist there is no issue on their end......the address entered with name and 4 digits...
