Used to be heavy into weight lifting, endurance running to build up cardio for fighting. Martial arts, ground fighting, later in life tuned down weight lifting more for strength and less for size. Suffered a spinal injury 5 years ago duty related. It's been a rough road and hard not only on me but family. I always thought doing the right thing and not hiding like a cowards meant I or family would be taken care of if I was injured or killed. Hahahah, joke was on me nothing but a number to govt.
Just trying to improve my quality of life for my wife, little ones and myself. Surprised it feels like I came full circle in some aspects.
Gym, shooting & building custom rilfes, tearing up some mud in the 4x4 or ATV's, duck hunting, love playing mad scientist, scuba
