If your getting increased hunger after shot it's ghrp2 or 6 not TB500. I got burned by a company pushing ghrp2/6 as Tb500. The hot flashes and hunger were a dead giveaway it wasn't TB500 for me.

You should be taking an AI, almost the entire cycle. That keeps esotegen in check so your not having issues your having now.
