Thanks for sharing your experience. I just started a program w 3J and am finding it hard to get all the food down but I'm somehow making it happen. Any tips / tricks for getting all your meals in?
If you can't control you temper with your kid then get off the juice. Nothing is more important than your family and you don't want to sacrifice that for bigger biceps do u?
