Thanks for that information I will definatley look into it , at what bf% should I set my goal at before beginning my cycle ? My thoughts were by starting a small cycle it will give me the incentives I need to to train harder and eat the right foods , while in the same time giving noticeable...
I'm 29 year old male , I've trained on and off for over 10 years and would like to start my first cycle ... I'm 6"2 my weight is 250lb with 25% bf ... All my life I've struggled to lose bf as I've always like my food and mostly wrong food .... The last month I've been eating all the right things...
I have had that same bottle about 2 years ago , and mine looked like it had been cut with something cause the liquid was 2colours. Part clear and part milky colour ... And found it did nothing for me ... I got ripped off
