I'm a 34 yr old mother of 3 looking to better my health as well as my body. I've done strength training in the past but that was before I had kids. I have taken up running to better my cardio and lose the "baby fat" from my last pregnancy. I have had some issues with injuries since I began running and wanted to see if I can get some help here.
