You should notice effects almost immediately with sus, but weight gain other than water retintion will take time. 20#'s is very optimistic in general for this stuff.....maybe over a few cycles. I recommend EOD if this is all you are taking. Everyone is different.

Oh. I just read the lable fine print. It contains ajonjoli , which is seasame oil. This too could explain the color and odor. My experince with this stuff has been positive

I have used the ultra test 250 a few times. Mixed results, but definitely a test. product. I gave some to a doc friend of mine to take a look at and he said the odor and rusty color was probably B12, which is not indicated on the lable. Having a full analysis done now.
