I did not by choice. I was lied to about my father. That was when I was 8-9 years old. It messed me up for sure. And the worst part is I found out the truth 20 years later. Too late now though to make up for lost time. My father is 87 with terrible heath and lives across the country.

My source only can get 1mg capsules. I don’t want to take that much at once. Anything I can do to capsules? Can I just open them and weight into 1/4’s?

I think what happens is how you need the 50 posts until you don***8217;t need a admin approval these guys want answers right away and start posting on every forum. By the time their post gets approved here they probably already got answers. Not talking shit just what I think happens...
