Appreciate the advice, i will look into all of that and even did a search and found a good article with natural ways to lower it. I have a doc apt next wed and i am going to request a prescription for blood draw to lower it.
My doc is not the best but listens if i present it right to him.
Understood mega, but when i started all this trt i was in the 60s for regular e2 essay. Im not going to jump around but keep a eye on things and see how this change effects me completely...over time. Hopefully the e2 stays in range with the hcg. I really wish there was other ways to get hemocrit...
I have also considered dropping the hcg due to the increase in estrogen...but i feel that it really does help my over all well being. Kind of in a pickle right now with all of this. Might need to just find a really low dose of ai or something less aggressive as it appears i am sensitive to it.
Appreciate the reply, i am not lean. Dont know body percentage for fat but i got a gut. Probably about 30lbs over weight...but have lost 20lbs in the last 6mo so its a work in progress and i have always been a big guy. Lowest weight i was ever at was about 220ish when i was in highschool and you...
Sorry for not getting back to you sooner, been crazy busy the last week. I know I need to get the hemo down, its been high like that since starting TRT, I just need to find a place to do it as I live in a small town and cant just drive down and get it done.
When I was taking the AI, I felt ok...
OK, heres a updated lab with me taking no AI. The blood was drawn on the day of my next shot so 3.5days after the last where the other test was done 2 days after. Things I noticed is that my Free T has dropped a bunch from the last test. I assume this is due to there being more estrogen in my...
Update-
Ordered up the Hormone panel for males, will try and get in tomorrow morning to get the tests done. I ordered this test as it had TT/hemocrit/E-sensitive. Since I stopped taking the AI I have noticed more retention in water, not bloated but definitely can tell the difference.
Thanks for all the replys, i will drop the ai and retest here in 2-3weeks and see what it looks like. I will also double check the e2 sensitive test that i ordered.
Thats kinda what I was thinking, but was just worried about keeping the e2 in check. I know the HCG raises E2 and the AI helps lower the SBHG from what I was reading on here.
Also I did have high E2 numbers when I started all the trt which was the reason why I was put on the ai by the clinic...
Hi guys, long time lurker and reader. I try and research as much as possible with out clogging up the forums with the same old questions. I have been on TRT for about a year now and just trying to get everything dialed in. I have a DR that allows me to pin at home so that helps. He only...
