I just got in 10 kits of blue tops. Went and got labs taken 3 hours after injecting 8 iu"s. Labs came back at 17 ng/ml. What are the chances it could still be junk ?

Appreciate all the info guys. His doctor does have him donate blood every 3 months to keep his counts normal, this is something he just started this summer.
