Ok thanks. When it comes down to it this just sucks being stuck out in the middle of nowhere without being able to control what you eat. At best most of the foods that are availble to me I'm guessing about the calorie contents since I'm not cooking them. Imagine eating out of the lunch room...

I sat down last night and went through what was available to me at the camp that I'm in and tried to get an idea of the protein/carb/fat contents. From what I can see the fat is killling me it pushes the calories way up there and again the food that I have access to is...

The choices of food where I'm at right now and will be for the next couple months are pretty limited. There is a lot of food just not what you would call healthy.
