I have read many differnet posts on the dosage for IGF1, but I have not read much about how to take it. Could someone please indicate if IGF1 should be taken sub-q or IM? Should IGF1 be injected into the muscle group you are training, post workout, preworkout, or it doesn't matter?

Cycle is test prop and dbol for 6 weeks, I am using liquidex for bloat/water retention, I have nolvadex on hand for gyno. I have not used an Aromatase inhibitor (AI) before and I have been on the cycle for about 2 weeks. I am just curious as to how many pumps and how often.
