I don't sleep well either, maybe a few hours out of the whole night. I take 6 mg of melatonin and a benadryl to knock me into a deep sleep so that I get at least some rest.
Not much you can do. Only thing thtat might help a little is to take some aspirin before bed to help thin your blood a little to try and keep you cool.
My night sweats just started in the last few days and I'm in the middle of week 3 of 600 tren e/300 test e.
