valium is also a muscle relaxer to reduce muscle spasms as well as anti-anxiety......i can feel the effects of being lazy as hell....so obv. either way its hurting my work out because the lack of motivation.

Was recently put on valume for an injury and just curious if it effects the recovery after a work out. Its hard enough forcing myself to get to the gym because of the muscle relaxer, just wondering your thoughts on this...

your supposed to air lock the suringe just enough so theres no juice left in the needle, notice when you pick them up youll see there already pulled back 8th a cc
