yea I just took some ibuprofen and its seems to help. Hurts the most when I stand up. Try BENADRYL and hydro cortisone cream I can't guarantee that will work but its worth a try. So its been 4 days and you've seen no improvement in the swelling? how many shots have you hit your quads with?
