    alright dude...im sure i did this right. i used the BMR Formula 2 and the TDEE formula used was for moderate exercising (BMR x 1.55) BMR: 1614.01 TDEE: 2501.71 hope this is what you need.

    haha eat, sleep and workout...sounds like something i could get used to. i honestly didnt feel it was a lack of energy but im glad to know sleeping 12 hours a day can be normal.

    im using test 300 (e). 300mg/cc its my first cycle and im on week 5. strength gains are through the roof. i got it from a friend who swears by it. its supposed to be pretty legit. like i said, im new to this so i hope someody else with more credibility can help you out.

    cool. so i doubled my calorie intake and almost trippled my protein intake today...i dont see how the hell you can eat so much. ive been miserable all day trying to feed my face..but if thats what i have to do...then i guess its round 2 tomorrow.
