    In Australia doing all your own cooking and prepackaging like that is the cheapest way to live, the government puts extra Tax on anything that's not a raw ingredient. I do chicken and rice salad containers for work. Roast the chicken breast in 1 big go, add a load of brown rice mixed nuts...
