What is you MD's goal for your test level? Mine is 1000-1050. One thing too-get your DHEA-S level checked. I'm "normal" but the goal is OPTIMIZATION not adequacy. So I am going to take some DHEA (low dose) and see what it takes to get into the top 20%.
